祖鲁

　　阿里（福里斯特·惠特克 Forest Whitaker 饰）和母亲是从曾经惨绝人寰的种族屠杀中幸免于难的幸存者，虽然如今的他已然出人头地成为了开普敦警局重案组的负责人，但儿时充满了血腥和恐惧的回忆依然沉淀在他的内心之中，阴影挥之不去。　　布莱恩（奥兰多·布鲁姆 Orlando Bloom 饰）是阿里的下属，他的家族成员曾经是种族隔离活动中的激进分子，不过这并没能够影响到他和阿里之间的信任和友谊。一连串凶杀案的发生和一种新型毒品的出现将城市推到了风口浪尖，直到这时，肩负着巨大压力的阿里才发现，那些他以为已经成为过去的事情，其实并没有真正的过去，也永远都不会过去。

 在梦幻浪漫的芭比乐园里，美丽自信的芭比们每日过着快乐无忧的生活，她们活跃在每一个工作岗位，肯是点缀，女孩的聚会才至关重要。直到某一天，我们的主角芭比（玛格特·罗比 Margot Robbie 饰）突然提到了生死，她的完美生活毫无征兆发生改变。她的口气不再清新，面容开始犹豫憔悴，也无法轻盈地从顶楼飘落下来。经前辈点播，她意识到人类世界某个人和她建立着联系，而那个人的心境似乎正投射到芭比的身上来。为了找回曾经的完美生活，芭比和肯（瑞恩·高斯林 Ryan Gosling 饰）辗转来到现实世界，并经过一番波折见到了葛洛莉娅（亚美莉卡·费雷拉 America Ferrera 饰）母女，而肯也在见识到男权社会的魅力之后，心中升起要改变芭比乐园的念头……

尤哈

　　尤哈（萨卡里·库斯曼嫩 Sakari Kuosmanen 饰）和玛利亚（卡蒂·奥廷宁 Kati Outinen 饰）是一对生活在幸福和平淡之中的老夫少妻，两人住在他们经营的农场里，离群索居不问世事。一天，一个名叫辛麦卡（安德烈·维尔姆斯 André Wilms 饰）的男人来到了农场，他的车抛锚了。善良的尤哈邀请辛麦卡在农场过夜，哪知道就此为自己找了个麻烦。　　原来，辛麦卡是一个油嘴滑舌的花花公子，他花言巧语诱惑和哄骗了玛利亚，最终，玛利亚决定和辛麦卡私奔。然而，来到了大城市后，辛麦卡才露出了自己的真面目，他将玛利亚卖到了一家妓院里替自己工作。当尤哈得知了玛利亚的近况后，他决定向辛麦卡寻仇。

　　一个有婚姻危机的中年男人，某天一个漂亮的年轻女人和她粗鲁的丈夫搬进了他的隔壁，让他的生活发生了翻天覆地的变化......

　　香德祖（成奎安 饰）是一名香港皇家警察，他的老婆（王小凤 饰）怀孕待产，夫妻二人亲密非常。这一日，他们去医院检查的路上，遭遇一伙银行劫匪。出于职责，香抛下妻子奋勇上前追击。经过一番追车和搏斗，香制服歹徒，却被匪首暗算，致使钢筋穿胸而死，尸体被埋于乱铁之中。是夜，一只黑猫跳上香的身体，刚好猛雷劈下，香竟奇迹般复苏，变成活脱脱的僵尸。他复活后力大无比，但害怕阳光，还需要定期充电。香自知时日无多，决定对妻子隐瞒这个秘密，并将银行劫匪绳之以法。　　另一方面，匪徒当初逃跑时劫持少女Gucci（叶蕴仪 饰）为人质，混乱中Gucci拿着装钱的箱子逃跑。愤怒的劫匪四下寻找Gucci，当他们得知香还在人间之时，一番正邪大战在所难免……

等待方舟

　　Set in an underground dungeon inhabited by bundled, ragged human beings, after the nuclear holocaust. The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart.　　Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory?　　n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in.　　What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts.　　On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired.　　One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places.　　Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.
