　　该片剧情主要讲述了一个现代花花公子楚留香每天周旋于多个情人之间，某天意外被情人们发现后将他扔下悬崖，等他醒来时发现自己竟离奇穿越到古代，并且被将军府千金杜鹃儿带回去做家丁，而更加不可思议的是，他发现杜鹃儿竟然也是从现代穿越来的，随后两人就发生了一段“山路十八弯，荡气回肠”的另类穿越爱情故事。

影片讲述了反扒民警霍涛接受组织任务，经过严格训练和对犯罪集团深入的背景调查后，伪装混迹扒手群中，建立可信身份后成为打入扒手集团内部，与贝爷斗智斗勇，与贝爷伪装的小飞互相试探，最终在和局长司徒强的紧密配合下，几经波折，逐步瓦解盗窃团伙，道尽各色警匪人物的故事。
