聊斋艳谭之灯草和尚
侠士朱仲（黄德斌 饰）四方云游，被指腹为婚的未婚妻柳丝丝一路相随。二人经过一座古庙，遇到古庙内一个“灯草和尚”（成奎安 饰）——他能把自己的身体缩成灯草大小。朱仲与他相当投契，两人随即结为好友。 是夜，朱仲发现古庙里一幅壁画，画中三个绝世美人翩翩起舞，如梦似幻，朱仲当即神魂颠倒，求灯草和尚助他入画，见壁画美人一面。灯草和尚禁不住朱仲的哀求，再三嘱咐后出手帮助。朱仲入画后，果真见到了画中美人绮梦（陈宝莲 饰）及其两个妹妹春梦、玉梦。朱仲与绮梦一夜销魂后，得知她的身世，还知道此事背后的阴谋。后来朱仲为绮梦所救，几经辛苦终于出画。他却决定回到画中，救出绮梦……

Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
