繼2008年院線電影【比佛利拜金狗】(Beverly Hills Chihuahua),以及2011年直接發行影音產品的續集【比佛利拜金狗2】(Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2)之後,迪士尼於2012年的秋季再度推出此系列第三部作品【比佛利拜金狗3】(Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3: Viva La Fiesta!),本片跟第二集同樣是以直接發行影音產品的方式在美國首度推出。 在【比佛利拜金狗3】的故事中,比佛利的吉娃娃家庭又有新冒險了!Papi 和 Chloe 以及他們的五隻小狗狗,跟隨他們的主人 Rachel 和 Sam ,搬進了一家大飯店,這裡不但豪華氣派,居然還有專門給狗狗們使用的SPA,真是一個最完美的渡假天堂,天天都像是在開嘉年華會一樣!不過,吉娃娃家庭裡最小的成員 Rosa 卻心事重重,原來她覺得自己身體如此瘦小,一點也不起眼,似乎是家裡面最不重要的成員。如今狗爸爸 Papi 知道了小 Rosa 的心事,他要如何幫助 Rosa 建立自信,並發現自己的優點、發揮自己的潛力呢? 本片由 Sara E. Ayşe, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
