三娘为一神秘杀手组织胭脂女之首领，与手下金线和银线等，共四个貌美女子，专杀恶人为民除害，某日接获密报，有多数盗匪为夺取一批财宝与夜明珠，皆来到小镇上，当时官方都束手无策，没法缉捕众多高强匪徒，以及一批宵小鼠群来归案。而维护此财宝者，正是镇远镖局之总镖头陈震远，因而三娘与总镖头合作，经历多番胭脂女美色诱策，其中恶徒月影深喜y-女，强暴及迷奸三位胭脂女，终被胭脂女最强一招~莲指透筋击毙，死於ML中。又经激烈厮杀打斗，引出其余江洋大盗，一举将他们全部除掉

Nellie and Daisy plot rebellion, but unexpectedly find themselves at odds with Lou, who is afraid to break the rules.
