在百货公司上班的土屋名美被她的已婚上司包养着，曾经为了赚钱她给一家色情杂志社拍过裸照。最近一段时间以来，名美总觉得有变态佬跟踪她，而且常常接到只有粗重喘气声的电话。后来名美认定变态佬是一个半路上突然开始跟着她的年轻男子村木，但其实对方只是因为看过她的裸照而非常仰慕她而已。不久后，名美的上司发现了她拍裸照的事情，他担心万一将来两人私情曝光影响事业，所以把名美辞退。名美感到生活没了希望，这时村木又出现了，但他能让名美走出阴霾吗？ 本片以片断式的剧情向前发展直到结束，很多画面被处理成透明的血红色，还有很多镜头则颇具幻想色彩，所以整部电影让人感觉就象是一场凌乱的梦。本片情色尺度是这个系列里最为大胆的，导演池田敏春很会拍这方面的戏，有些地方甚至还拍得非常具有艺术感，比如村木和名美冒着暴雨在健身公园里的那场，有一个俯拍的镜头就很有《黑客帝国》的感觉。此外，影片中有非常多的自慰戏，都拍得很不错，其中最令人印象深刻的当属一名少妇用鸡蛋进行自慰的过程，想象力真的是好丰富啊。;
